Frisco's newest community, The Grove, is definitely one to check out. As I drove through the first phase of the 735-acre master-planned community, I noticed the luxury designs of the model homes on Viburnum Road in progress and some complete. The four builders are Highland Homes, Southgate Homes, American Legend Homes, and Drees Custom Homes.
Home sites in the first phase are 64 foot and 74 foot wide with plans ranging from 2,800 - 4,500 square feet. The first phase offers homes ranging from $400,000s to $700,000s plus.
The community is in a convenient location with access off Main Street and Custer Road. It is said to be located at the center of the "Four Corners" where Plano, Allen, McKinney and Frisco intersect. Another plus is that it is located in the highly rated Frisco ISD.
An exciting, in progress community offering is The Orchard House amenity center. The Orchard House adds to the modern village experience and will feature a bakery and cafe, fitness center, plus a water oasis with two resort style pools, a children's splash pad using geothermal water conservation technology and more.
